Frank H. Constant is COO and one of the Founding Partner of Michael Franks LLC. Frank began his career in operations and management with Jewel Food Stores, the premier Chicago land grocery chain, in the mid 1970's. Over his 20 year tenure he worked in various capacities at the retail level, ultimately serving with an elite management group focused on turning around failing stores.

With as many as 8 direct reports and overseeing a total staff of up to 150 employees, Frank quickly gained a reputation of re-engineering the businesses by putting the right people in the right positions. Time after time, he was able to reduce expenses and increase profits quickly and effectively. He consistently increased the per capita and the customer count in every store. Behind the scenes, he controlled shrink, reduced payroll, and implemented systems that were eventually adopted throughout the chain.

Today Frank utilizes his experience to re-engineer apartment buildings by simply looking at them as a business offering a product directly to the end user. He has the ability to take a grocery store, a manufacturer, or a transportation company; keep them in the same physical structure, and improve the bottom line. Like any other business he has touched in the past, his skills have proven that costs can always be reduced, profits can always be increased, and systems can always be improved.

Assurance Property Management brings Frank's focus and expertise in business, to running profitable apartment buildings. Property management has its own nuances, yet the operational focus is similar to so many other businesses he has helped become more profitable.

Frank is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Associate Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty. He teaches sound real estate investing workshops and mentors a number of part-time investors.
