Frank H. Constant is COO and one of the Founding Partner of Michael Franks LLC. Frank began his career in operations and management with Jewel Food Stores, the premier Chicago land grocery chain, in the mid 1970's. Over his 20 year tenure he worked in various capacities at the retail level, ultimately serving with an elite management group focused on turning around failing stores.

With as many as 8 direct reports and overseeing a total staff of up to 150 employees, Frank quickly gained a reputation of re-engineering the businesses by putting the right people in the right positions. Time after time, he was able to reduce expenses and increase profits quickly and effectively. He consistently increased the per capita and the customer count in every store. Behind the scenes, he controlled shrink, reduced payroll, and implemented systems that were eventually adopted throughout the chain.

Michael Morawski, CEO and one of the founding partners of Michael Franks LLC, has been successfully self-employed for over 30 years and has a diverse background in construction, real estate sales and investing. Michael displays an instinctive ability to deal with risk and uncertainty, along with gathering important information and making quick decisions. Michael's primary responsibilities include overseeing the acquisition division and capital procurements for the organization. His goal in starting Michael Franks LLC was to make a difference in peoples lives financially, using real estate as a passive investment vehicle.

Michael started his real estate investing career in the early 1990's by utilizing various forms of traditional and creative buying methods. He later went on to teach other investors the same techniques through mentoring programs and seminars.
